The profession of the tanner is a centuries-old, well respected craft. And we want to keep it that way. That is why we consistently invest in training and professional development. In close cooperation with the Forschungsinstitut f\u00fcr Leder und Kunststoffbahnen (FILK)<\/a> we have been training apprentices and tannery masters for decades and we often permanently employ them following their education. Every year, up to six apprentices join us to complete a training as master chemists or leather technicians before they graduate as journeymen. We actively support our trainees in this project in order to expand their career opportunities – which of course makes us very happy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The highest level of occupational safety is therefore a matter of course for us: Our machines are safety-monitored and comply with the strict German safety regulations. We also provide each employee with his own personal protective equipment (PPE) free of charge.
